The MedECC First Mediterranean Assessment Report presented at European Parliament Meetings

Joël Guiot (MedECC co-coordinator) presented the main findings and recommendations of MAR1 report to Members of special delegations during two European Parliament Meetings:

  • Joint Meeting of the European Parliament Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey delegations to discuss the “Climate Change in the Mediterranean: situation of the UfM members in the enlargement area”, held online on 21 June 2021. (More about the event)

  • Ordinary meeting of the Delegation for relations with the Mashreq countries dedicated to an exchange of views on “Climate Change in the Mediterranean: situation of the PA-UfM member countries from the Mashreq”, held online on 28 June 2021.
