Francesca Spagnuolo is Author of the IPCC's Sixth Assessment Report (WGII: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability) and climate expert for the SciNMeet Programme, the Mediterranean Region contribution to the UN Ocean Decade (2021-2030). She holds a PhD in Law and a Master Degree in Political Science from the University of Pisa. As a post-doctoral researcher, she worked at University of Pisa, the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (JRC), the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and the Italian Council for Agricultarl Research and Economics (CREA). Her main fields of expertise include climate change adaptation and global governance.
