Cécile Capderrey is an ecologist and project manager involved in building and promoting frameworks for nature based solutions (NbS) implementation in coastal and estuarine environments and particularly for ecological restoration. Her activities are mainly structured around supporting the implementation of environmental public policies:

• Creation and coordination of a web service dedicated to ecological restoration for estuarine, coastal and marine ecosystems (LITTOREX platform service ; in collaboration with the French Office for Biodiversity - OFB)
• Analysis of opportunities for coastal mitigation measures through NbS implementation (multi-criteria analysis)
• Support for Water Framework Directive (coastal and transitional water hydromorphology), Marine Strategy Framework Directive (assessment of seafloor integrity in regard of anthropogenic physical pressures)
